To make an order it is necessary to do the next steps: 1) 1) The authentication For the authentication it is necessary to have a user account. The advantage of a user account is that at successive orders it’s no more necessary to introduce the invoice and the shipping data, these data being registered and used again whenever the customer authenticate itself using a name and a password. It is also possible that after the creation of the account, to modify the invoice and the shipping data by using the bottom ‘’ Support account ‘’, to add new shipping addresses, and at the despatch of the order, the shipping address may be chosen from a list. 2) 2) The adding of a product in the shopping bag The adding in the shopping bag is made by introducing the number of desired pieces in the corresponding field and by pushing the bottom order. Durata livrarii este variabila in functie de produsele comandate si de modalitatea de livrare aleasa. In mod normal durata livrarii variaza intre 24h si 3 zile lucratoare. In cazul in care produsul comandat nu este pe stoc durata livrarii vă va fi comunicata.
